Members come in from Discord automatically. Each row is keyed to the Discord user ID, so a username change never creates a duplicate. Leaving the server marks a member inactive instead of deleting their audit history.

How a Discord member becomes a roster row
1They join the Discord and get the @TTA Member roleBots and members without the role are ignored, so the roster stays clean.
2The next automatic pull adds them to Intake as “New”Display name, @username, Discord ID, avatar and join date come across on their own. Nothing to type.
3They tap Register in the welcome message, and they enter the monthly cycleThe bot reads their TikTok handle from the account they linked in Discord Connections. If nothing is linked, it asks for the handle in a one-field form. The owner types nothing. From then on they show as Due each month until an audit is logged; Winning and Golden Ticket are earned during audits.
